Custom Order Requirements

MOCKUP REQUIRED TO ORDER: All mockups for this item must be created through us. Each approved mockup will include a unique Mockup Number, which is required when placing your order. You will not be able to order this item without a valid Mockup Number. 
Please note that the last day to request a mock-up Thursday 8.27.26 @ 12:00 CST. To keep all requests organized, all mock-up requests must be submitted through our website by clicking the Chat button located in the bottom right-hand corner of the screen. Requests sent through comments or messages may be missed, so using the website chat ensures we receive your request and can assist you as quickly as possible.

 
• Logo files must be high-resolution with a transparent background.

• Seamless designs must be truly seamless, with the background matching the base color.

• For specific color requests, please provide a HEX color code.

• Colors are matched as closely as possible by the factory. Providing a HEX code helps ensure accuracy.

• Refunds or replacements will not be issued for color variations if a HEX code was not provided.
